Happy New Year!

Thank you for the opportunity to work with you in the previous year. We look forward to continued success together in the upcoming New Year.
Each year Sun-Tec selects one Kanji character at the beginning of the New Year as our focus. This year we selected the character 信 (Shin) “Belief/Trust”.
Last year there were big changes in politics, such as UK leaving the EU, Mr. Trump being elected as President in the U.S., etc. It is said that depending on the U.S. policies in 2017, the power balance of world politics and the economy may change drastically. We don’t know how that will affect our business.
No matter how the environment changes, Sun-Tec will continue trust in each other, manufacture products that customers can trust and rely on, and work hard to make machines that will increase the number of companies that know and trust the Sun-Tec name. That is why we chose this word.


Sun-Tec employees will continue to “Devote our soul to each machine” to meet our customers’ expectation.

Happy new year readers!
Thank you for visiting our blog.
And if you are our machine user, we could have a new year because of your support.Thank you very much!

At the beginning of every new year, we post a word on our office/factory walls (Kanji character) to focus on for the year.
This year 2016's word is 『感謝　Kansha』- which means "Thankfulness/Grateful".

This year is our 40th anniversary year. It cannot make it just ourselves, we have been supported by our machine users, suppliers, agents and employees families. So we have to keep "Thankfulness" in our mind once again and try to make a great anniversary year.

We believe we need to continue our very best for each machine production in this year then it would allow us to step another year.

Happy New Year 2015 from Sun-Tec

A Happy New Near!
We wish that 2016 finds you happy and successful.
And for our machine users; Thank you very much for your support in 2015 and supporting us continuously in this year.


At begging of every year, we post a word on our office / factory walls (Kanji character) to focus on for the year.
It have been 10 months for new administration.
We have been challenging for various "Automatic Attachment" solutions as a FA machine maker since 1976.
We will not be satisfied about the our present and keep going with the challenge spirit as New Sun-Tec..

In 2015, 3 Japanese scientists won the Nobel prize for Blue LED.
We are very proud of it and it reminds us that we are also a parts of Japanese engineering developer and we have to keep best effort to keep the qualities.

"誠　Makoto".


It means " Royal, Truth, sincerity and good faith".
Sun-Tec's company motto is " Think and see as the customer's position".
And we always create the machine and provide the service with sincerity..
However, we will think about that once again for this year and try to provide best machine and service for each of our customer and all people we will have chance to meet..

New year message from our president

Hope you all have a good start of 2012.
We choose one character every new year as a company motto and we chose 「利」 (Longheaded, profit and usability) this year.
Any work must be connected with 「利」 (profit). If not, something important is ignored or forgotten.
If we can act thinking about other people's 「利」 (profit), it comes back to you. Do not slip into self-complacency and work thinking about customers and others. This is not easy to do, however, it will be helpful in the future.
There are some important points in everything.
By grasping the points, huge mistakes and losses can be reduced. This will connect with 「利」 (profit) and communications naturally leads to 「利」 (profit).

New year message from president

Happy New year !

Thank you for visiting SUN-TEC blog.

The first article of this year is a message from our president .


Thank you very much for your support last year.
As a result, we could finish the year with no major issues.
You can never tell what will happen this year, however, our staff will do
our best and devote ourselves to achieve customer satisfaction.
We appreciate your continuous support this year.

We chose ”成” (achieve) for our character this year. I don't remember at
what point, but I have always liked this character best. This character is
one of the few characters that could be a goal in everyone's personal way.
Don't you think so?

I cannot stop thinking about a comment that I think was made by a
neurologist,
"A human brain only works to the person's goal."
I realized that I am caught up with daily matters in sight, and set up a small goal.
This year I would like to set up a bigger goal, keep encouraging myself and
go forward.

Q1．Every new year , A kanji character is selected and it is 『力RIKI』(Means "Power") in this year.
Why you select this character for this year?

A. (from President)

能力 (ability), 努力(effort), 気力(drive)

,眼力(keen-eyed),速力(speed), 胆力(gustiness),

活力(vitality)..

　　
I believe what is important is that we all have to try something positive to overcome this tough situation by each individual and/or company.
And this would be very good opportunity for us to get more "力　(Power)" ever than before


2．We have been also suffered from this world recession so we have started new year with holding some worries.
What do you expect from all employee to overcome this situation.

I think the ability to deal with any environment flexibly to the change in the situation to be tested.

You should believe this year is the true turning point and I believe that brightness will come into view whenever you are working on the difficult problem in front of you seriously step by step.
Eventually you will get many things at the individual level when you give your best to the customer's demand or technology and help company's development.



3．What is SUN-TEC appeal point for this year for the customer.
